Blueberry Pie

Easy | 50 minutes | serves 6

Blueberry pie; best with fresh or frozen berries and ice cream!!


3/4 cup Windmill Hill Farm Honey

2 9 inch pie crusts

5 cups freah blueberries

2 T orange juice

3 T cornstarch

3 T cream

2 T butter


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9" pie tin and add pie crust. Mix blueberries and orange juice; fold in cornstarch and 2 T of cream. Fill the bottom crust with blueberry mixture and drizzel with honey. add chunks of butter to the top. Place the top crust over the pie and pinch the edges. Cut vents in the top and brush the top with the remaining cream Cover the edges with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool and serve!!
