Apple Pie

Normal | 30 minutes | Serves 8

Apple pie using honey rather than sugar

Ingredients

9" pie crust

8-10 apples, peeled and cored

1/2 C honey

1/4 C sugar

1 tsp. corn starch

1 tsp. vanilla

2 T. butter

Directions

Prepare the pie crust. Peel, core and slice the apples. Mix the powdered ingredients. Place half the apples in the pie shell and sprinkle with half the dry ingredients. Add the rest of the apples and sprinkle the remaining dry ingredients. Add vinella and drizzel the honey over the top. Dot with butter. Add top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
