There is in the Ragan family a long tradition of beekeeping. My great grandfather Isaac Shumard maintained an apiary on Casey's Cay outside of Sarasota Florida. Admittedly, bee keeping skipped a few generations but has proudly resumed on Windmill Hill Farm! |
